I’m writing to report an issue that occurred during my workout today. I stepped away briefly from my bench to refill my water bottle, and while I was gone for just a few seconds, a staff member began mopping directly around my workout area. When I returned, the floor around my bench was wet with no wet floor sign posted, which created a slipping hazard and made it difficult to continue my workout safely. I understand and appreciate the need for regular cleaning, but the timing and lack of signage created an unsafe situation. The interaction was also not handled professionally when I tried to return to my station. This experience unfortunately disrupted my workout. I hope steps can be taken to ensure proper safety signage is used and that members are not placed in hazardous situations while actively using equipment. If this continues to be an issue, I would have to reconsider my membership and recommend others do the same. I would appreciate this being looked into. Thank you for your time, Logan.

Amazing gym. Very clean and well maintained equipment. Responsive and friendly management. Does not experience the typical morning/post work rushes seen at busier gyms. Always able to get the workout you desired in. Can’t recommend enough!

Great gym. 24/7 so its never really busy. Equipment is very well kept. Good music. Cant wait to get back out here.

That's a great gym, well equipped, not crowded so you don't have to always wait for available equipment or machines, highly recommended. Amber and team are quite knowledgeable and dependable.

Love this gym! It’s open 24-7, is always sparkling clean, and has everything you need to reach your fitness goals - all the machines, a huge studio for a nice variety of classes, and even a turf strip with a weight sled! Best warm-up ever - highly recommend. Being a member here, it’s clear that the owners care very much about making the space feel welcoming, inspirational, and free of judgment. Vive gyms for the win!
