She was organized, professional, and extremely responsive—always quick to answer questions and explain each step clearly. Her marketing and listing presentation were excellent, and she went above and beyond with staging. She handled scheduling and logistics with ease, advocated for me during negotiations, and I truly felt she had my best interests at heart and represented me exceptionally well. My home was under contract within days and closed in about a month. Highly recommend!

This in in regards to Kori Bristow. Extremely responsive, I did in fact close on my beautiful home happily. Truly you can tell and see the aggressiveness towards many aspects she will leave you stress free knowing your getting the best in all catagories. Finding/recommending you the best brokers, negotiating, every complex document becomes a breeze, you could ask any question and she will know it or worst case scenario find someone very quickly to assist you she has many connections. She gets stuff DONE! Please believe that! AGGRESSIVE. I don’t think I could’ve took a better path nor in any category been unsatisfied with my purchase. I knew where, how, why, what, etc truly amazing job Kori. I WILL be recommending you & plan on having you for possible future work. The only part that I’m sad about is someday she’s going to retire! Kori Bristow was so fantastic for us! We are a young couple who have never bought a house before and really had no idea what we were getting into or how to go about ANY of it, and she made the process so simple. Not only is buying a house generally complicated, but we ended up buying a forclosed home and she still made the whole thing as easy as possible on our part. She was available essentially any time we needed her, including when utilities people would need to come out with no heads up. She showed us houses in our price range, which I'm sure was difficult because our budget was definitely on the lower end. She gave actual honest advice and clearly cared about helping us make the right choice as opposed to trying to get us to buy any old house as fast as possible to get on to other clients. We asked her so many questions over the whole process and she never made us feel dumb at all. Not only is she fantastic at what she does, but she's so kind and friendly and always knows someone to help out if you need a contractor or an inspector. Could not possibly give anyone a better review than we could give her, especially hearing all of the horror stories of people having bad real estate agents. Couldn't be us! We hope Kori is around for the next time we need to buy a house down the line.
