First of all, don't believe the 1 percent commission. It seems like it's just a gimmick to reel in sellers. When it came down to signing the contract with Mike, he said he could not afford to sell my house for 1 percent even though that's the entire reason I called him. So I graciously agreed to 2 percent. This agent only cares about his commission and nothing else. He never stood up for me in any way, shape, or form. He never gave me any advise. I asked him to ask the buyer if she wanted a couple of items I had in the house. He never even asked for me. I guess he couldn't be bothered. When my attorney realized we were going to have some title and lien problems he offered no support. He immediately threatened to sue me for his commission and force the sale through no matter what. No concern for me, his supposed client. I deeply regret hiring Mike Zubretsky as my real estate agent.

From the day I contacted him and he changed his schedule to meet with me right away, to being quick and to the point in the communications with me and potential buyers, he did exactly what I had hoped for. Mike and his team were terrific. Mike came over looked at our house and went over the selling price with us. The amount he thought we could get for the house felt perfect. He gave us some pointers to add some curb appeal but nothing to crazy. We had the house under contract super fast. The team helped us through the process and take care of any paperwork and process that goes along with selling the house. Oh after all this their commission only 1% can’t get that anywhere else.
