Absolutely horrible gym. Half of the gym is a construction site. There are no amenities. The cancel process is a scam. Being overcharged in so many slimy business ways. Do not recommend to anyone in the area.

It’s a good gym, has all the equipment but not too stocked about the extra charges. After 2 months of the cheapest membership you have to pay $50 extra… for whyyy, not sure. so I paid almost $85 that month. And if you cancel under 6 months of when you started there is a $25 cancellation fee on top of your membership fee. So just beware. Otherwise it’s a decent gym.

I had an issue with canceling my membership and Ethan was so pleasant and helpful navigating how to resolve the issue. He was direct and suggested I call back if the issue was not resolved in 48 hours. It was not, so I called back and luckily reached him again on the phone! He was able to contact management and the issue went away! Thank you Ethan! He deserves a raise!

Staff members are always on their phones. Extremely unprofessional. I left the gym and the girl at the counter was loudly sipping a large Swig drink and on her phone, not even acknowledging people. Another employee was shopping for chains/necklaces at the computer across from her. Gym equipment is great, but the staff need serious improvement. No customer service or respect whatsoever. Immature and unprofessional staff + management. As someone who works in customer service, I don't understand how this is acceptable. At least make it look like you're working and try to be professional, even if you have nothing to do!

Great gym. Love all the equipment. One suggestion. For like$200 you could replace each TV with larger ones that would really increased your cardio area plus let members know your making improvements. For$2-4k it would be a great investment. Thanks for listening, Xcel never would!!
