I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees ( Sadie ) for the outstanding service she provides at the gym. She consistently goes above and beyond to make members feel welcome and supported. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help really stand out. Every time I see her working, she greets people with a smile, is attentive to members’ needs, and helps create a motivating environment. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the gym and the people who come here. Employees like her make a big difference in the overall experience and are a big part of why members enjoy coming back. I just wanted to make sure her effort and dedication don’t go unnoticed. She’s doing an excellent job and represents the gym very well.

VASA location on Penn & 23rd. Men's restroom facilities are extremely nasty. Repairs take way too long. Exterior signs do not light up - wiring exposed and graffiti on one sign. Equipment all over work out floors - staff should tend to this. Trash can near front entrance and others always overflowing. Parking lot has no stripe marks for car parking and fire lane zone needs a major face lift. The tile in hot tub and pool haven't been scrubbed and cleaned probably ever. Lockers are nasty. The fence line on the north side of parking lot is awful as seen in the pic below. Come on VASA corporate get this cleaned up! You seem to be very disconnected.

Second of all After being lied to in regards to a new guy's mistake when truly I had spoken to a south location staff member, this short haired man proceeded to denying me access not once, but three different times. After I asked for a manager the first time he then let me in. The steam room was awfully redone to where puddles and mold accumulate for three years now. They must really try to save money at the expense of poor sanitation.

Updated Review I’m updating my review for this location. I’ve been a VASA member since my time in Colorado Springs and currently attend the Oklahoma City location on NW Penn at least three times a week. Since switching to this location, I’ve consistently noticed sanitation and maintenance issues that should be addressed. There are rarely more than two functioning soap dispensers in the locker rooms, and most of the time only one is working often barely hanging on. The pool frequently has visible green buildup along the top, indicating the need for a thorough and consistent deep cleaning. These are ongoing issues, not isolated incidents. To be clear, this is not a reflection of the staff. The employees and instructors are phenomenal. Michelle, Liz, and Jennifer deliver excellent Studio Red classes, while Pili and Elise consistently run outstanding Flow classes. Joel does an excellent job on keeping everyone improving on posture in form with Lift. The quality of instruction and staff engagement is one of the main reasons I continue to attend. That said, members especially those of us paying for studio memberships are paying for access to clean, well-maintained amenities. While the classes and staff meet a high standard, facility cleanliness and sanitation need to match that same level of excellence. I hope management takes the necessary steps to prioritize deep cleaning and maintenance moving forward.
