Great gym and much cheaper with great equipment. The atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of classes that cater to different fitness levels, ensuring that everyone feels welcome. The equipment is well-maintained, and there are plenty of machines available, so you never have to wait long. Plus, the community vibe makes it easy to meet new workout partners and stay accountable. Overall, it's an excellent place to achieve your fitness goals without breaking the bank. Beautiful place.

I was excited at first, but after several weeks, not so much. The hot tub has been down on three separate occasions. The weight machines really need to be maintained regularly as some are broken. Several of the shower handles are broken and the shower area could use some serious cleaning. You claim to be on top of maintenance, but are clearly not.

New equipment is cool and all. Hear me out. MORE than 1 working water fountain? Crazy idea that people need water. Otherwise if you can’t figure out the water fountain situation. Maybe give bottled water away at no cost.

Gym itself isn’t bad has good equipment, decent staff, usually clean and tidy, but is usually on the more crowded side no matter what time. Subscription fees are misleading and shady, with the main one being the $35 “rate guarantee” fee which doesn’t guarantee anything considering my plans when up $5 since i first got it. I’ve cancelled my membership since being charged for it twice

Nice facility with an array of equipment. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. The gym is always packed plus the restrooms are not kept clean and up to standard. The worst part is the issues with billing. To cancel the membership it is done through the app but in my case I kept getting billed. When I discovered this error I cancelled my membership then contacted support to receive a refund for the previous months. They were of no help and continually said their policy was to not refund those months. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is a chain that has forgotten that customers pay their bills. The worst part is that my experience with VASA in Colorado was vastly different. I recommend avoiding use of VASA in Omaha until they make changes to the way they maintain their facilities and treatment of customers when issues arise.
