The group classes are good. The extra for a personal trainer not so good. I had a personal trainer one time in sept. One time in Oct. I have been charged $190 twice in January. Once in February. I have reached out to staff at vasa and my credit card company. They credited the charges. Now the charges are back with a vengeance. Do not sign up for a personal trainer. They will not release you despite not liking the service

We have been going to this VASA location for 2 years and have loved it the entire time (we’re a 5-6 visits per week type family). My kids enjoy their time at Kid Care and I’m very grateful to the staff who take the time to come up with crafts and activities/games for them. My kiddos are always addressed by their names and it really is like a second home for 1.5 hrs each day :). I’ve been a Studio member for most of my membership here and thoroughly enjoy studio red classes when I reach a funk in my normal training programs. They always get me back on track and it’s nice to just show up & zone out without having to think about what I’m going to do or wait on equipment if it’s a busy hour. I’m not one to play favorites because all of the instructors rock, but my guy Darien is very Coach Boone vibes from Remember the Titans; he’ll push you and believe in you even when you don’t believe in yourself!

This gym offers great classes especially the studio LFT it’s so helpful and a great workout. We have been so happy and thankful with the support from all the staff at the Child care specifically Sarah, Angela, and Elizabeth. Overall a great gym!

Originally we had the studio plan. We were going to cancel for the cooler months of the year but were told by an employee that if we simply downgraded we could move back to the studio plan at any time without additional charges besides the change in plan cost. We trusted him and did that. When it was time to move back to that plan, we were going to see an additional charge. The manager simply said they couldn’t help that we received incorrect information from THEIR employees. While the gym is fairly clean, some equipment is showing wear and not being replaced. It is often too busy to get to use the weight machines. Also, it’s not fun to see propaganda networks while working out. Far too many other options in the area to stay here. Updated: Generic customer service for Vasa reached out with lackluster assistance and offered to help me cancel. Thanks… (And yes. Fox propaganda is still on the tv... but now it’s on 2 TVs. Weird since the employees say they can’t change the channels. It’s not hard for them or the company to choose a different channel but they won’t. You choose where your money goes.)

Today entering Vasa FitnessI had many doubts and fears concerning my new journey joining a new gym. This past year I had a bariatric surgery and have been trying my best to lose weight and become more healthy. I knew I wanted to join a gym and take my journey to the next level but honestly had many doubts. Renea answered all my questions with kindness, compassion and professionalism. She was super patient and an incredible listener. She took me on a tour of the gym and told me her own story of perseverance and strength. I was able to relate and find some hope.
