VASA Fitness

Pretty disgusting experience attending this location. The locker room and showers smell like mold and had large clumps of wet black hair in two shower stalls. The whole locker room and bathroom area was frightening. I'm going to go home and bathe in bleach now...

I'm giving it 3 stars because it has a lot of machines my normal location does not have. In particular the hack squat, hip thrust, standing weighted calf raise and T-bar row. Overall, the number of machines this location has is nice. But I unfortunately have a few complaints. This location is very dirty; bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks maybe a good remodel would help, most of the machines have so much collected dust you could write your name in it, and the pool/hot tub area has a funky smell doused in chlorine in attempt to cover up said smell and the sauna smells like the most horrendous rotten pukey feet I've ever smelt. The first time I had gone to this location I thought maybe it was someone in the sauna, but nope I visited it again yesterday and it's definitely an issue! I've also noticed the weights don't get re-racked this obviously isn't the actual gyms issue, but the fellow gym goers are inconsiderate. Overall, it's a chain gym and it works, but I can't say this is the nicest location.

I started going to this vasa fitness because it has kidcare and Aqua Zumba. I broke my leg back in 2022 so it has been really hard doing any other work out that isn’t in the water. This is my mommy time away while my baby plays. Beto is the best instructor and we LOVE AQUA ZUMBA. Best Thursday class ever.

Everyone must stop by the Vasa and try their red light therapy yoga classes! They are simply amazing!!! Natalie is an incredible instructor and she will guide you and the best peaceful journey. I have always hated yoga. Not my vibe and way too hot! They keep it at a moderate temperature around 85° so it is completely bearable. Natalie‘s voice is so soothing. I have gone to 18 classes last month because I actually like yoga for once in my life. Please give this woman a raise and more classes to teach

Great gym! Was traveling on business, and this gym is part of the network of fitness organizations that allows me access. It's so great to be able to go to a real gym instead of the lousy hotel "workout room." This place really has everything; machines, free weights, cardio, functional fitness area, pool, sauna, steam. The facility is very large, and even though it was pretty full on the nights I worked out, I was always able to find a station that was free. George at the front desk was awesome! Even had an opportunity to meet his mother! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Vasa Fitness!
