Matt Reynolds is one of the best commercial appraisers out there. I should know, because I’m an appraiser myself. I’ve known him for over 10 years. I often seek advice from him about appraisal theory and difficult appraisal assignments. Matt is very knowledgeable and is wealth of information. Matt holds the certified general real estate appraiser license (the highest level license for appraisers) and has the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute. His company – Vanguard Realty Advisors – can handle large portfolio assignments for multiple property types. I often refer appraisal assignments to him when the jobs are too complex or too large in scope for me to handle. I highly recommend Matt Reynolds and Vanguard Realty Advisors.

It is always a pleasure working with Vanguard Realty Advisors, especially with Matt Reynolds! Their appraisal services are top-notch, with quick turnaround times and competitive rates. Matt Reynolds is not only very knowledgeable appraising CRE properties, but he is very easy to work with. Vanguard provides high quality appraisal reports with sufficient and reliable data, and they are always very professional and consistent. In addition to high caliber reports, Matt Reynolds is always willing to answer any appraisal or property questions, even if it's for a property he is not appraising. Overall, it is always a pleasure working with Matt Reynolds at Vanguard Realty Advisors!
