Agent Arnold Tedjokusumo did an outstanding job for me as buying agent. He knew exactly what concessions to ask for, which to give, and all the intricacies an excellent realestate agent should know (though many don't). Just like in any other field, experience is gold. It is also true for real estate. That’s why out of several other realtors and realty teams I chose Arnold and the Usaj realty team to represent, negotiate, and fight in my behalf. I can’t recommend Arnold and the Usaj team enough. I have to thank Kate Hemingway- the transaction coordinator for my deal. She was very personable and efficient. Arnold has more than two decades of experience as a realtor in the Denver Metro area, which is apparent with how informed he is of the locations I was interested in for my first home.
