I absolutely love this walk-in clinic. The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their patients. I never feel rushed during my visits, and they always take the time to listen and make sure all my questions are answered. Both of the doctors are wonderful—knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing excellent care. Highly recommend!

Our family has visited both Dr. Kooyer and Dr. Sondreal for walk in care, and we’ve been consistently impressed. They take the time to get to know us, listen attentively to our concerns, and show genuine consideration. Their nurse is just the sweetest! With the selection from many clinics in town, this one is undoubtedly the best choice for our family.

I have been to UrgentMED twice now in 6 months. Each time, I waited for less then 30 minutes. Yes, they do ask for insurance card/copay when you are at the front desk, like a lot of offices do..so if you are not about to pay for this out of pocket pay, they may not be able to do much for you (unsure). The receptionist was respectful and did her job, as did the nurse. Dr. Kooyer was able to see me both times- once treating me for Pneumonia and the next for a secondary infection. Both times, he was kind and patient with me, treated me well, as well as, he was very informative. I have no complaints. And while I absolutely empathize with people's frustrations with payment (as indicated on some of these reviews) I always suggest calling ahead of time to chat with the receptionist, to discuss your specific situation, as everyone's is different, so you know what to expect and can make an informed decision.

$250 just to see Doctor which they don't tell you. All this place cares about is money in my opinion. They won't even talk to you unless you pay up front. Asked for insurance card and ID plus $150 up front and did little to no tests on our infant. Was very unhappy with front desk lady. Said she would send through insurance but never did why?? then I received another bill a month later. Totaling $250 for nothing. Plus no one there when we walked in but still took over 30 minutes to be seen. Visit lasted maybe 5 minutes. Will never go there again when you can get better care cheaper more compassion in emergency room with insurance. The care was so uncaring and nonexistent here that we scheduled immediately to see our regular doctor and thankfully got in the next morning. Update I was contacted by them and settled for a lower price which was more reasonable.
