Would highly recommend this company. There were factors (a major snow storm being the biggest) beyond my control going on which led me to need change the actual moving day at the last minute. I was trying to manage so much stress. Kerrie was fantastic to work with. She truly kept me sane through the whole process. The moving crew was great. They were so professional. They were easy going and reassuring when I had questions on moving day. A great company to work with!

Everyone was very kind and efficient in helping me move within a very short amount of time. I really appreciate the help from Nick, Waylon, Michael, Kerrie, and Donna! I will definitely use North American Van Lines again for future moves.

I used university moving for moving and storage. The move went well, and eventually we got the things out of storage. They have a credit of more than $600 that they won't pay (it has been 3 months). One chair also went missing, and again the claim form has not been processed. Very disappointed by the full experience.

Nick, Michael, and Waylon did an AMAZING job helping us pack our stuff up for our move to NC. They were professional, kind, and courteous. I highly recommend them!

Zero stars is not an option. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I needed to move my 77 year-old mother. They misplaced boxes, put heavy boxes in wrong location, and boxes were severely damaged. They damaged her existing property, lost or damaged delivered property, lost parts to her piano, failed to count boxes, stole goods from us, and one of the movers threatened my mother. Claims process is horribly bureaucratic and they denied claims even when I had pictures!! Their new GM Andrew, after promising to help, has been totally unresponsive. I don’t write many google reviews. Beware. I would never use this company.
