Very friendly and professional. I was dealing with an out of state move and storage. The UNIT was delivered at exactly the time arranged. I would highly recommend this company.

This company moved our shed and punctured a hole in the side of it. They also damaged the fence in the process of moving our shed and told us they were not responsible for the damages. I do not recommend having any work done by them. It states in the contract that if they damage the shed that they are not responsible. READ the contract. They can destroy your property without using care to avoid damages. They will not even discuss liability for our fence. I highly recommend finding another company to do your work. Horrible costumer service

We were very impressed with the service that the owner and driver offered. They were very accommodating and helpful. We moved out of our home and had a month before we could move into our new home so we stored our belongings in multiple pods and kept stored them in the Units Grimes warehouse. The owner was so helpful that when I called in a panic that we needed an additional pod on our move-out day, he had one delivered to the house in a pinch. Highly recommend.

Delivery and pick up was timely BUT.....when the unit was picked up, hydraulic oil leaked all over our concrete drive. I called and left two polite messages, not explaining what I wanted, and no one ever called back. So let me get this right, I'm suppose to clean up their mess without even an apology. Unbelievable! I would classify that as very poor customer service. I personally would never get them again.

We have been very impressed with Units during our recent move. Our home wasn’t available right away, so we stored with them as well. The units themselves were in great clean condition and locked securely. They were easy to work with and provided great service- answering any questions we had our helping us with any changes. It’s been a great experience!
