The use of UNITS storage units was easy and painless. They were great to work with, and the delivery/pickup/placement of our UNIT was quick and well done. It was parked by our house so we could fill it, remained there while we took a trip, we came back and finished filling it and then they came on the day we specified and delivered it to our new home. When we had emptied it out, they were just as prompt to come pick it up and take it away. Loved working with them and would do it again if needed!

We had a great experience with Units Storage. We rented three 16‑ft containers, and the entire process was smooth and stress‑free. They dropped the containers off, transferred them to our next location, and picked them up when we were done. Being able to load and unload on our own timeline made a huge difference - we didn’t have to rush to fill and unload a truck in a single day. Communication was easy and mostly done through text, which I really appreciated. They were responsive and friendly, and the drivers did a great job aligning the units to make packing and unpacking easy. On top of that, their price was the best out of the four companies we got quotes from. Highly recommend Units Storage.

Great experience with Jason. Scheduling was easy, our storage unit showed up on time and Jason did a great job getting it right where we needed it. Honestly, crazy how simple the whole process is. Way better than moving with a Uhaul. Doubt there’s a better portable storage option in Utah or salt lake county.

Steve did an awesome job delivering our UNITS. Our driveway and setup is hard to negotiate (had to go between the house and a detached garage, with a long driveway and a sloped lip), but Steve did a great job maneuvering it and it went exactly where we needed it to go. Where other storage companies couldn’t go, they could. The scheduling people were great too. I was kept informed along the way. I got a delivery window the day before, then a notice when the driver was on his way and another when he arrived.

UNITS was recommended to me by a neighbor. They were perfect to use during my home renovations. The service was really easy to use with quick responses and turn-around times. Great, competitive pricing too. I'd definitely recommend and use them again.
