UNITS was such an easy company to work with. I had to change drop off and pick up dates 2 different times and they were very accommodating and kind. Would definitely recommend!

I have found working with the Omaha location to be a great experience. They are timely and professional. Not sure why they get some bad reviews but I suspect these people had unreasonable expectations or timelines.

Excellent experience as always. Thanks for the quick delivery a few months ago in our emergency. The unit kept our belongings safe and secure. The pickup was also great and timely.

Best customer service of any company I've ever worked with. Very responsive and willing to work with you on everything. Very understanding that dates and plans can change throughout the closing and moving processes. I would give more stars if possible. I haven't used any other container company like pods or fox box but doubt they could compare! Highly recommend units of omaha!

They did a nice job. They know how to provide support for their business. They deliver and pick-up very good storage units quickly. I liked the delivery man. He was careful in setting the unit and making sure it was the best spot. They definitely will receive my future requests. I still have not received my return call from my 2 requests of work from Fox Box. UNITS great service, support, and products mattered to me.
