The staff is so sweet and helpful! They answered all my questions and made sure I understood their responses. They were not pushy either. They also were quick with drop offs and pick ups. They didn’t bat an eye when they learned that it was being transported a hour and half away. Smooth sailing! Recommend to everyone to use them!!!

I was very satisfied working with this great local company. Very clean storage unit to fill. Always available for questions by phone. Dropped off the unit the same day it was requested. Delivered it across town to the final destination on time. Suggested the use of ratchets, but this didn't work out so well. Would definitely recommend Units Portable Storage.

Jo was friendly and helpful when I called to schedule. She clearly explained the charges. The pod was delivered the next day, which exceeded our expectations! When I couldn't get the pod door to close, Doug talked me thru it over the phone, even offered to come take a look if need be. All in all, a very positive experience. Would highly recommend UNITS over "the big guys".

I recently used UNITS to store everything in my garage during an epoxy floor install, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. They were friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. The unit itself was clean and in pristine condition when it was delivered. The delivery process was smooth and hassle-free, with the driver expertly placing the unit exactly where I needed it. I could not be happier with our experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful during the entire process. Poor Mike, the delivery operator had horrible weather for delivery and pick up but was delightful and helpful. We had to store for several months and then move to a new location. Units made the process seamless. We moved our 3000 sq ft house plus a garage, from suburban to very rural, and there were no issues with weird locations, distance, or unpleasant weather. We moved book, collectibles, glassware, and tools and everything arrived in perfect condition! Thank you so much for working with us and making our move so much easier.
