I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience using Units of Connecticut. From the very first contact, their responsiveness stood out — questions were answered quickly and clearly, and scheduling was easy and efficient. Delivery was exactly as promised, on time and placed precisely where requested, which made the entire process stress-free. The storage unit itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained, far exceeding expectations. It was clear that they take pride in their equipment and in providing a high level of service. Overall, the combination of prompt communication, reliable delivery, and attention to cleanliness and detail made this an outstanding experience. I would recommend Units of Connecticut without hesitation and would absolutely use them again in the futur

We used Units for our move back in July 2025 and were so happy with the service we received. We had originally reserved a shipping container through pods first and then packrats and had issues with both, but then we found this company and Jeff from Units was immediately helpful and much more responsive. He was able to fit us in with short notice for delivering our container and then handled the relocation and pickup of the container seamlessly. The container was clean and delivered and moved without any issues. I would definitely recommend them!

We highly recommend Jeff and all the fantastic drivers at UNITS of CT. Great rates, friendly, professional and reliable. They were by far the easiest part of our move! We packed it up at one address and they stored it for us until we were able to move into our next home. Don't hesitate to use them for your portable storage needs.

I ordered a 16 foot storage container to store my furniture while my floors were refinished. Jeff was so easy to work with and always easy to contact. You don't get a random person on the phone you get Jeff. He was very clear with all the details for delivery and pickup. Delivery was awesome. You can actually track the arrival of the driver and the container. They were very professional and they placed the container exactly where I wanted it. The container itself was super clean and exactly as described. Not only was this company local they were cheaper than all their competitors even with their so called "sales". I would highly recommend Units of CT for all your storage needs.
