Amanda and Steve are wonderful! Their customer service was amazing. Their communication was amazing. They are both so sweet. They are very quick to respond to calls. Long story short We thought we needed a 3rd pods they said they would drop it off the next day. My husband was able to fit everything into the 2nd pod. I called Steve the the morning the 3rd pod was suppose to be dropped off and I was able to cancel without a hitch. They truly made our move stress free. I will 1000% use them again.

I used UNITS to store my belongings while our house was being built, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When I needed access to my unit, they were very quick to accommodate me and made the process easy and stress-free. The facility is extremely clean and very well organized. The owner is professional, and the staff is absolutely awesome—friendly, helpful, and responsive. I will definitely use UNITS again, including for my business needs. They are a great company for both residential and commercial storage. 10/10 recommend.

This company was so great. Not just the customer service, but the people who came to the house to pickup/deliver the Unit. Very kind, patient and understanding. My Mom was worried about her stuff being in storage and the owner was so understanding and explained everything to her. Would HIGHLY recommend this company! And it’s local which is a plus for me!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company was to work with! I called four different portable moving storage companies, and most of them were nationwide companies with a call-center, and it was very difficult to get specific information about pricing and timing. Steve is the president of UNITS and personally left me a voicemail saying that he was available any time to answer all of my questions about their service. As a local company, they are invested in the community, and the customer service is unmatched. Even the employees who bring out the storage containers are kind, professional, and excellent at what they do. They can place these containers with amazing precision! They are also willing to pro-rate services and will bend over backwards to accommodate specific requests regarding timing of pick-up and delivery. Using UNITS is truly the easiest way to move!!

Steve spent time talking to me about my long term storage needs. His concern & compassion made me feel comfortable about leaving my household items in his units for 2 years. He provided me with referrals for movers. His units & storage warehouse was always clean. He kept me informed about my storage unit. I felt more like family then a customer.
