From day 1, UNITS made moving to a different state a stress free part of the whole process. One person was nicer than the next to deal with.... Gina, Danielle and George. They were extremely knowledgable and helpful and made sure the UNIT was delivered and picked up exactly when they said it would be, despite an impending snowstorm. Even when there was a minor issue after picking up the UNIT to be brought to my new home, George was able to quickly resolve the problem without any damage to my items. When I opened the doors to unload, everything was just as I had packed it. It was clean and perfect for getting my more manageable personal items to my new house. I would absolutely use them again and wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

Their staff from the drivers, moving coordinator, and office staff have the utmost respect, care, and strong communication skills to make your move easy and stress free. This was our second long distance move in 6 years using a container based model. UNITS has figured their system out!!!! Containers can be pin point delivered with no damage to surfaces. Containers are kept level (as near as possible) at all times. Staff were all wonderful to work with. They were all customer oriented. I enjoyed clear and consistent communication, straightforward billing. My only critique, I wish they could haul 4 containers on a trailer: I would have rented another one but the loss of the multi container discount made it cost more than the contents I was going to use it for.

From start to finish, working with UNITS was a truly stress-free and seamless experience. The team was attentive, professional, and incredibly communicative, walking me through every step so I was never out of the loop. I appreciated working directly with a real person who understood my needs and provided one-on-one, personalized service. The container was spacious enough to hold everything from my 3-bedroom apartment with room to spare, and its weather-resistant design and secure build gave me the peace of mind to pack valuables and delicate items without worry. Delivery and pickup were quick and easy, everything arrived on time and in perfect condition, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving or storage.
