I had an excellent experience with Joshua and the United Auto Collision Center team. From start to finish, their team was professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and handled everything smoothly. The body work on my car came out perfect — you honestly wouldn’t be able to tell it was ever damaged. The paint match was spot-on, the details were clean, and the car was returned looking better than I expected. It’s rare to find a body shop that combines quality work, fair pricing, and great customer service, but United Auto Collision Center absolutely delivers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs collision or body work done.

United Auto Collision is a great place to take your vehicle for service. Joshua and his team did an awesome job repairing my vehicle that was involved in a collision. My vehicle looks new thanks to their expertise. They are a team of professionals who are highly trained in vehicle repair and I highly recommend them for their attention to detail and ability to put a smile on the face of customers like me.

Outstanding service from start to finish! I found United Auto Collision Center in Atlanta/East Point through Google, and from my first phone call to picking up my car, the experience was exceptional. Josh was my point of contact and made the entire process seamless. In an industry where communication can sometimes be a challenge, their team truly stood out with professional, responsive service. The work was completed quickly without compromising quality. What really impressed me was their attention to detail - the parts quality and color matching went above and beyond my expectations. I LOVE UNITED! Josh, the owner, is so amazing and communicative. He has an awesome team and in two weeks time, they restored my baby back to her glory (see photos)!!
