Very happy with this company after talking to a lot of jenky companies. The price they quote you is the price you pay and everything was so smooth! Will use this company for all future moves!

Very responsive company! I appreciate being able to speak to a live person or receive quick replies to my questions via email. I also liked how you can pay with PayPal and track your trailer of belongings after it’s picked up. The bulkhead parts were a bit challenging to install, so they may need to be updated after some time. While pricing is a bit expensive to use their trailers, upack did deliver on good customer service and reliability. Would recommend them for moving across the country.

Great company to work with. Awesome customer service both from the guy delivering the trailer and from their dispatch office. If I ever need to do a long distance move (hopefully never again!), it will be with U-Pack. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: The company responded below saying they were going to further look into things only to reiterate what I have already stated below in that they are not liable for recklessly transporting and damaging my things. However, I was NEVER provided with or signed any contract agreeing to this. Had I known there was no insurance to cover damages I never would have used their services. In fact, they were misleading over the phone stating there was insurance but come to find out, it’s only for damages related to a natural disaster or car crash. What a joke. Working with this company was an absolute nightmare. My belongings arrived damaged and/or broken and when I filed a claim, I was told that I would not be reimbursed. I was told over the phone that there was insurance to cover any damages but come to find out, it only covers *certain* damage. Transporting my belongings recklessly was not covered. I never signed a contract or agreed to have them transport my things with basically NO insurance and they still refuse to accept any responsibility. In addition, they were almost late delivering the trailer. I called about 30 minutes prior to the window ending to let them know I had not recieved a call from the driver saying he was on his way (they are supposed to give you an hour notice). After being transferred around numerous times and being “disconnected” I was finally told that there was one stop ahead of me but the driver would be late. Then, the driver shows up without calling or giving me any notice. Upack and ABF Freight are the most unprofessional, disorganized, company I’ve ever dealt with.
