This is my second time visiting this U-Haul in West Hartford, this time I met a different person I believe his name is Brandon excellent service ,fast, respect I highly recommended to family and friends if they want to rent or refill propane go to this U-Haul you will see how these young mans treat you with respect and fast service keep up the good job 👍

Arrived at 4:40 to get a propane refill. Admit it was 20 minutes before closing, but didn't seem that outrageous. Was told they hadn't had any customers all day and wouldnt open the propane fill and that I could try across town. I took my business elsewhere.

Will and his team were fantastic — they did an excellent job and were incredibly welcoming. They even helped me out when I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong location. The team truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate everything they did. I’ve rented here before and will definitely continue to do so whenever I’m in the area. I wouldn't change a thing! The staff at this location are all very friendly and professional. I am simply amazed at how streamlined and user friendly the app is to use. Keep up the great work!

A lady who was helping us was incredibly nice. The only thing this U-Haul location didn't have what we needed. So, instead she made a booking on our behalf atbthe other location, and to make sure she called them twice, but couldn't get to them, because phone Calls were rerouted to their number, if I understood correctly. Hartford, Connecticut
