I Have been renting trucks and storing with uhaul over the past 10 years . The Manager Authur will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. He has a great staff/crew George is also very helpful and been with the company for many years. I Give 5 star because I have never had any problems at the oxford providence location . Justin

People here don’t work. There were 4 workers in the store. All of them sitting. 1 older male n 3 younger men. Me and my wife walk in and ask the older male, since he is at the register. “How much are boxes?” He says “IDK” and then points at a paper for us to look up the prices ourselves. Ok. My wife ask for a roll of tape n he says “oh yea, you can walk around and get it yourself” MIND YOU the 3 younger workers were sitting right in front of the wall with the rolls of tape. Time to cash out. Their register doesn’t take tap! It’s the Year 2024 and their register doesn’t take tap!🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽

The guys at this place are horrible. The manager is rude. I reserved a 20’ truck and it messaged me saying I checked in when I didn’t , I called them and they gave my rental to someone else I had to then reserve another one when I got there and when I was asking the manager questions he just gave me an attitude so I stopped talking. I had my dad go back and return the U-Haul same day because we got done early and the kid that he spoke with said there was an issue with the computer that my card would not be charged at all for the rental. Fast forward next day the hold that was on my card got taken out, then put back a few days later so I thought nothing of it then all of a sudden my card got whacked for $112 when I wasn’t expecting it. No one at that location will do a thing for me and all the employees are mouth zipped saying they never said there would be no charge to my card. All the kids out there smoking weed when we returned it maybe if they weren’t so high they would remember what they said. I’m never renting from U-Haul again

I have rented from this location on numerous occasions. This was the by far the worst experience. Employee arrives 30 minutes late from opening time, was highly inappropriate with trying to crack jokes when people were stressed out because he was late. Attempted to use the app to try to help speed up the process numerous people were having major issues we're trying to do that to help. Contacted the general manager never got a return phone. Also by the time I was able to get to the desk and get the rental I even lost an hour on my rental time still have to return the truck as if I rented it at the proper time when they should have opened
