Called all day - nobody answered the phone. Arrived and every one was rude. The girl on the counter was with 3 men laughing and absolutely ignoring me and two more other that also were in line. Needed to pickup a U-Box - but the greedy lady from the back was not reacting in any way. I felt sad and sorry for the U-Haul in general for hiring such mugs

Although I was there on unsatisfactory personal terms, my unbiased opinion of the service I received was adequate, professional and helpful. I have nothing negative or unpleasant to report. I highly recommend their services. The space met my expectations, it is easily accessible and no security issues.. Thank you U-Haul.

This is a giantic U-Haul facility. It's clean and neat. There is a clean bathroom here. A worker who was helping seemed a little irritated at the beginning. She was eating when we approached the desk. We did say that we weren't in a rush and asked to please finish eating, but she decided to take care of us first. Overall, it was a normal experience. Good location Hartford, Connecticut
