Excellent experience! The 48-hour truck rental process was quick, efficient, and very affordable. The team was pleasant and helpful, and they made the pickup and return process extremely easy—even for someone who had never driven a truck before. Highly recommend!

The customer service was superb! Mr. Rick and his coworkers were absolutely awesome. I apologize that I didn’t get the young lady’s name, but the entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. I was having trouble with my app, and without hesitation, Mr. Rick jumped right in with his great personality and willingness to help. Even when his computer started acting like my app, he remained patient and positive. The pleasant young lady stepped in right after finishing with another customer and quickly helped resolve the issue, making what could have been a frustrating situation completely manageable. On my return visit, she just happened to be there again and kindly reminded me of the process. That level of consistency and care really stood out to me. I truly wish every customer service representative was like Mr. Rick and that wonderful young lady. Their professionalism and kindness made all the difference!

I had the pleasure of working with Sabrina at UHAUL this past Saturday, and she was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, her kindness and attentiveness stood out. Sabrina was a great conversationalist, making us feel at ease while she took care of everything. She even joked that my husband and I looked like brothers, which made us laugh so much! Despite the busy Saturday morning rush, Sabrina was efficient, professional, and incredibly friendly while helping everyone get situated. UHAUL is fortunate to have someone so competent, knowledgeable, and personable on their team. She truly made our day better, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks again, Sabrina!

TLDR: Nikita is a nightmare to work with and though everyone here is kind, they do not have their crap together. Probably because Nikita is a terrible manager. I have had 3 experiences with this location, all of which have been bad: 1. It took them an hour to get me into a van (I had a reservation). First van they gave me was blocked in completely. The second van wouldn’t drive at all. The third van worked, but I was running 2 hours late at that point. 2. Made a reservation and when I arrived, they told me the U-Haul system was down (not necessarily their fault, but sick of U-Haul at this point) 3. Came to clear out my storage unit because I found one that was only 15 min away but $200 cheaper (their storage is absurdly priced). They took 45 min to get me into a van (despite reservation). I also paid for a utility dolly, and they didn’t have one, instead they gave me a small flat cart for furniture, which was useless to my needs. When I finally got into a van, it was EMPTY, gas light on. I had to get gas in a giant van and it was a huge inconvenience. Also, while I was at U-Haul, 2 of the guys were yelling to each other about a woman who took a van without being given the keys. Not sure what that was about, but it shows that they do not have their crap together, especially in regard to their keys. Now the real problem: they say you can access storage until 10pm but at 5:30pm as I’m moving my stuff, they pulled a garage door over the glass sliding doors so the only access was through a small side door. It was terribly inconvenient. After a long night of moving, I followed all of the self-checkout instructions to return the van and the final instruction was to drop the key in the drop box. The drop box in question?? A SHORT DRAIN PIPE IN THE WALL. I faithfully dropped the keys in there and pushed them as far as they would go. The next day, the manager, Nikita, called me 3 times at 8am and very rudely told me that they don’t have my keys. I told her I put them exactly where they are supposed to be. She called me back hours later and told me that they couldn’t find the key and that they would be charging me $100 to cut a new copy. I told her that she would NOT be charging me for her mistake and she raised her voice and continued to argue with me, despite me insisting that she could check the cameras to see that I deposited it. Nikita had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I will be escalating this to a complaint with corporate. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because Sabrina G. was lovely and helped me with my storage unit. Although very disorganized, everyone at the location is nice, but Nikita should not be manager. She is doing a terrible job running that office and should not have any job that involves interacting with customers.

I would NOT recommend renting a storage unit here. My unit was broken into and robbed, despite my lock being placed on correctly (which was verified by several employees). The manager, Nakita Settles, is EXTREMELY unprofessional. She said that she would file a claim for me, but I just called the U-Haul corporate number and found out Nakita never filed a claim. Don't leave your stuff here unless you want to get robbed and ignored.
