I’ve filed it with the attorney general and the district and corporate. Check your receipt have them read it out loud before you say yes and verify out lout. They also lie about promotions saying you can’t utilize them. Pay attention! Report and record don’t argue. Bad location..

TJ was EXTREMELY helpful. He made a stressful experience very easy and smooth. I would highly recommend this location of Uhaul to anyone!! Keep up the great work!!!!

I think the store employees need much more training. Check out was very slow and many mistakes were made. A huge billing mistake was made at this store due to procedures not being followed properly, and lack of accountability. I would not have caught this mistake if not for auditing my bank statement, and this could have been treated as fraud and had been a liability for the store. Thankfully this was resolved today by the store manager, but I do not feel comfortable going to this store again because the employees here are not thorough with their work.
