Chris Gamboa, Javon, Saul, and Sergio were fantastic. They unpacked our PODs, loaded everything onto the truck, and then unloaded it into our house quickly and efficiently. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They were extremely professional, careful with our belongings, and worked fast without ever being careless. You can tell they take pride in their work. On top of that, they were genuinely nice guys and great to talk with throughout the move, which made a stressful day much easier. Everything was handled with care, nothing was damaged, and they kept things organized while moving items into the house. I would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone who needs reliable movers. Thanks again to Chris, Javon, Saul, and Sergio for doing such a great job.

The movers who assisted me were excellent—very polite and professional. However, I would not recommend this company due to the unexpected and excessive charges. I should of asked for a partial refund or disputed the price. I would of never used them if I knew that would of been the price. I couldn’t afford it. I was billed significantly more than what was discussed over the phone. A little over a year ago, I paid $400–$450 for nearly double the furniture and boxes. This time, I was charged around $700 to move nine items less than a mile in under three hours, despite being quoted in the $400s. Additionally, a “travel” fee of nearly $300 was not disclosed in my original quote. While I understand I live in Boulder City, the move itself was less than a mile between homes. Responding to owner, I just wanted to follow up and say how truly impressed I am by your team’s “efficiency.” It was especially reassuring watching the two young gentlemen debate three completely different prices before needing to call their supervisor to figure out what I was actually supposed to be paying. Nothing says confidence and professionalism quite like visible confusion in front of the customer. And the surprise $200 travel fee? A great touch. I must have missed the part where that was mentioned in my original quote because it wasn’t anywhere in the notes I wrote down . Out of curiosity, I actually did called a few other companies afterward. Strangely enough, their travel fees were significantly lower, and even more shocking, the price they quoted was the price you quoted me, not what you actually charge. If this is what qualifies as professionally trained and efficient service, it might be worth revisiting the standard. Especially when dealing with returning customers. A small suggestion: instead of arguing with customers about their experience, perhaps review the surveys you send out and consider using that feedback to improve situations like this and reach out to the customer.
