I needed a very last-minute move, and Tyrell made it happen within 20 minutes, which honestly felt like a miracle. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. My movers, Emmanuel and Jeffrey, were exceptional. They handled all of my belongings with so much care, respect, and efficiency, and made what could have been a chaotic day feel completely manageable. I also had two separate stops, and they handled everything with ease and great attitudes the entire time. Thrilled with the service I received from TrueCare Moving Service. The positive reviews they have here are absolutely earned and well deserved. I moved to MN from another state, and the movers from the other company I worked with could not get my long daybed up the stairwell or elevator to my 3rd floor apartment. They recommended carpentry services to cut it shorter and have it reassembled later. TrueCare came up in my search for a local moving company that had experience with heavy / challenging furniture. I gave them a call, spoke with Tyrell, and explained my dilemma. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and realistic: after discussing the dimensions and building challenges, he offered a fair quote and only promised that he and his team would do their best. And they did! They arrived promptly the next morning and, within 15 minutes, they maneuvered the furniture up to my unit. 10 out of 5 stars :)
