I really can't recommend Tribe enough - it is an incredibly supportive community, the workouts are challenging and fun/interesting, the music is great, and Janelle (the owner/instructor) is phenomenal and encouraging. The facility is excellent. I'd recommend if you're looking for an accessible, friendly, fun & rewarding workout!

I have been a Tribe member for almost a decade which is a testament to how excellent this studio is! Janelle, the owner and lead instructor, is not only an amazing person but is so knowledgeable and motivating. No two workouts are the same and they are always challenging. She focuses on safety and proper form which is not something I have found to be the case at other studios. I regularly take her TRX, sculpt and spin classes and this is the only fitness membership I need!

Tribe is an amazing studio that offers the perfect mix of spin and TRX for both cardio and strength. The workouts are always challenging, but Janelle, the owner and instructor, is so encouraging and supportive. I’ve been going for a while now, and no class is ever the same, which keeps things fun and fresh. Highly recommend if you're looking to stay motivated and get stronger!

Tribe is such an amazing facility with a welcoming community! I used to get nervous going to studios being afraid that I would be judged if I was out of shape or had to ask questions, but Janelle, the owner and instructor, always knows how to push me to my limits while making me feel comfortable! Highly recommend!

I started coming here in May and I have been very happy with my experience! Their classes are very well priced, the facilities are clean, staff is friendly, and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in! I highly recommend for anyone wanting to try something new!
