A really good gym, with a great price. For me it has everything I look for. From CrossFit equipment to regular gym equipment. The best part is 24/7 if you become a member. I think that’s a great idea. Especially for those that work very late or night time. Good spot to go and exercise. Walking distance for me.

I have been training with Monserrat for over a year now, she is the best personal trainer I ever had. Absolutely love training with her! She creates a fun and supportive environment while being super focused on proper form and technique. She catches every little detail and makes sure you’re doing movements correctly!

A very clean gym with well-maintained machines and dumbbells. It has all the trappings of a modern, medium sized gym, although I wish they had more than one of the popular machines, such as the pec flys/rear delts. That is really the only downside I can find. The front desk people are friendly and despite how prospective gym goers are asked to book a tour online, they were very accommodating in showing me around when I popped in and visited twice. Bathrooms are individual powder rooms that are spacious and kept clean and stocked, which is such a relief when you see the state of bathrooms in most other gyms. Also a big fan of how there is no contract, I just pay month to month. Ever since the closing of the 24 hour fitness, this gym is in my opinion the best bang for your buck in the Denny triangle/south lake union area if you just want a fully equipped gym to lift weights and nothing else.

This gym has everything you need, and now is my go-to when I come back to visit Seattle. Free weight section, 8 squat racks, machines, turf, and more. My favorite part is it has 24/7 access, hard to find in the city. The sign-up process is super easy, took me less than few minutes. When I lived in SLU, this was my home gym. Highly recommend, they offer day/week/monthly passes.

Transform 180 came in CLUTCH for me while traveling. I hope not to come across as a gym snob, but hotel gyms are rarely what I am looking for. So, I dropped $50 to have access to a proper gym, and this was exactly what I needed. The staff made it so easy to sign up, and the facility was super travel-friendly. Everything was clean, people were friendly, but didn't bug me while I was working out, and there were plenty of machines for everything I wanted to lift. I highly recommend it!
