Kathryn Tokanska, Is the right person to represent any client that’s dealing with the dilemma of filing bankruptcy due to financial hardship. She explores every option before even considering filing bankruptcy! She has made this as less stressful as possible for me and my family. There is know words truly to say how much it means to have such a kind, and honest considerate person that treats you with dignity, as well as respect during this arduous time. In other words, if you are looking for a attorney that’s is honestly in your best interest Ms. Kathryn Tokanska is the real deal.

Kathryn Tokarska was both kind and professional. From the beginning she let me know all that I needed to know about what to expect and what I was required to do. She aided in getting everything together that would be needed for my time in court. She answered all of my questions and concerns with a bit of humour, and the vast knowledge and experience she has. She kept me up to date on everything going on, I was never in limbo, always aware of where the process at that point. Kathryn did make a difficult process much less so. I highly recommend Kathryn to everyone. She is the best.

I was desperate and very apprehensive about filing bankruptcy but after doing my research it was the way to go for my particular situation. I reached out to Kathryn and she was amazing. She explained everything to me step by step and she was affordable! Most bankruptcy attorneys charge astronomical fees which seems ironic since we are coming to them due to financial hardship. Its clear Kathryn cares for her clients and understands we are coming to her because of financial hardship. It was a very smooth process and everything was laid out out for me in black and white so I clearly understood what I needed to do and what would happen post Bankruptcy. I cannott praise her enough for all she has done for me through that tough time in my life. I would recommend Kathryn to anyone!
