Over the past four decades, I’ve bought and sold numerous properties in two states. The Zac Team is the best real estate team I’ve worked with. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the process, especially navigating a sale in a slow market. What truly sets them apart is their follow-up after closing. During tax season, they proactively reached out to offer electronic copies of my closing documents—something no other firm has ever done in my experience. Adam and his team did a wonderful job helping me purchase my first condo in Atlanta. They had all the connections and advice I needed to make it an easy one-stop shop. Everyone was incredibly kind and candid which made the process a breeze; even with some challenges along the way that were unrelated to the team. I will certainly return for any future buying/selling needs.
