The Waterworks Plumbing, Drain, Heating & Cooling

I have had no experience with the Water Works prior to this trip. I am so glad I gave them a try. I had 2 guys on 2 separate days and they were wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Mike and Matt you came in and took the time and answered my questions and fixed the problem. I will certainly give you referrals and positive feedback!! I think you guys should get a raise! Thanks again for helping me!!

We called a few plumbers for the same issue at Horizon High School. They all came, inspected the problem, and left after giving us repair quotes. Thomas from Water Works was different. He carefully examined the issue, explained how the system works in detail, and offered a very effective solution. He didn’t just give us a quote — he took the time to help us understand the problem and then fixed it properly. We truly appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and clear communication. Highly recommended!

The whole experience with Waterworks was positive. I called during the weekend and spoke to a representative and scheduled a service call for Monday. They arrived at the time that was promised and a call was made 30 minutes prior to arrival. The technician was courteous and explained what potentially could have occurred and what options I would have. Service call was completed and I am very satisfied with the entire process.

My intention was to have sent this email a few days ago, but it is only now that I have the opportunity to do so. I want to express my appreciation to Waterworks for the prompt response to our request for emergency services on Tuesday 1/27 and especially to Mat Ball, the technician who, despite weather conditions, made it to our home early that morning. Mat was knowledgeable and diligent and took care of the situation in a timely and professional manner. When the job was completed, he walked us through all that was needed to get it done. I needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Waterworks was recommended to me by a friend. Just to be sure I checked out their reviews online, which added up to 4.7 out of 5 stars. I called at 7:45 a.m. the day after New Years Day (a Friday morning), and an actual human, who spoke understandable English, answered. I explained my problem, and she checked that day's scheduled openings, of which there were none. That didn't surprise me, but then I was happily surprised when she offered me an appointment Monday morning. I happily booked it, and, sure enough , Kameron showed up right around 8:30. After some show and tell on my part, he quickly, efficiently, and professionally got to work. He found that I needed new hot and cold water shut-off valves with new 1/4-turn angle stops for improved serviceability, which I authorized him to do after showing me the problem. He was most polite, personable and respectful to me and of my home, and knowledgable, finishing the job in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I am putting Waterworks (and Kameron) on my speed dial for any future needs. Can't recommend them highly enough!
