Is this a real business? I'm looking to form a collective of Latino organizations and you'd think online recommendations would be reliable. No answer, not taking appointments (now or ever?), mailbox full, no one at the door (as much as I don't like acknowledging that), completely defunct website?? I couldn't even leave a voicemail asking for a recommendation of another firm.

Letty is helpful, very profesional, and priced well. She answers all questions and if she doesn't know she takes her time to look into it. I have known Letty for a long time and I'm so glad to see her grow her business. She is a great person. You won't be sorry doing your taxes with her!

I had a very complicated tax situation due to my children’s dad and stepmom both passing away in the last 8 months. I had no idea where to turn. Leticia answered on my first call, met me at her office same day and was able to help sort things out right then. She was so kind, so empathetic with our situation and just amazing in general. I cannot express how much I appreciate her. She has a new client for life and I will recommend her to everyone I know.

Leticia is great at her talent. Tax preparation is not for everyone and she knows her stuff. She makes her schedule flexible and accommodates her clients. She's very reasonably priced! She's upfront and honest which isn't easy to come by these days. She has done my taxes for the last 4 years and I have now converted my husband to go to her, which he had the same tax preparer for years and has now saved us hundreds of dollars! Go see The Tax Lady, She will take care of you!
