I contributed financially to my son’s home renovation, which was handled by Remodel Group, and I feel it’s important to share my experience for others considering a major project. Throughout this process, I observed that significant portions of the work we paid for were not completed to normal construction standards, and many areas now require full replacement or repair by other professionals. Interior painting, flooring, the kitchen renovation, the second-story addition, deck construction, and roof flashing were either left unfinished or were completed in a way that we have been told does not meet industry-standard workmanship. As of late October, no one from the company has been on the property, and the project remains incomplete. Communication was also inconsistent. Messages requesting updates, timelines, and clarification often went unanswered, and promised completion dates passed without explanation. I’m sharing this review based on my firsthand involvement as a financial contributor and as someone who witnessed the condition of the home and the communication issues throughout the project. My goal is simply to provide accurate information so others can make an informed decision. I hope the company improves its workmanship and customer communication for future clients.
