Tori actually picked out our home and sent it to us on Zillow — and it turned out to be our dream home. The team helped us find and buy a great house for our family. They were on top of everything and we closed within a month! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. From asking questions about pre-approval to the closing table, everything was communicated well. They also are well versed with VA loans, and helped us through the process. The team was also very flexible with going to see houses. If our personal realtor was unavailable during our hectic schedule, another member was available to show us homes when it was convenient for us. We are very thankful to have our new family home!

We engaged Erin to sell our home of almost 40 years, a unique property with some challenges - the front half was 100 years old and the interiors had not been updated since the 1980s. Located on a busy corner but with a big yard, the home was empty as we had relocated but the garage and shed were still full. In addition, we asked her to begin this journey in the winter months, when she had to deal with heat in multiple zones, lights inside and out, snow removal and the general doldrums of the dark months in New England. Erin was enthusiastic and direct, holding multiple open house sessions every weekend, creating a wonderful selling sheet and advising us every step of the way. Her communication with us was clear, concise and direct; she was realistic yet optimistic as the weeks went by without a competitive offer. She always provided potential buyer feedback very quickly after each open house or showing, using the tools her firm provides but always willing to have a personal call or meeting to review our situation. In the end, she brought us two qualified buyers who were well suited to the house, and orchestrated a 'best and final' offer, allowing us to go to contract. Erin was very involved in every step of the process from contract to closing, advising us on how to deal with issues and repairs requested by the buyers, even suggesting legal counsel to represent us. We secured the price we wanted, the young, eager family we had hoped for and the process went smoothly. We are more than grateful to Erin and her team for all their help and guidance in this once in a lifetime event.
