I can’t believe how welcoming this community is. My parents bought our house 8 years ago and things have been so smooth. There are so many events to go and meet with the community and this is a great community to buy a home, not just a house. This community makes it feel like home.

We truly cannot recommend our realtors enough. Chuck House, who helped us sell our home, was incredible throughout the entire process. Selling a house in this market is tough, but he made it as smooth as possible—even while dealing with an extremely difficult buyer. He handled everything with professionalism, patience, and confidence, always keeping our best interests front and center. On the buying side, Sarah Pepion Heathcock was just as amazing. We ended up with a very challenging seller, and she navigated every obstacle, advocated for us, and never backed down when things got complicated. She was responsive, honest, and always took the time to explain our options so we felt confident in every decision. This process could have been incredibly stressful, but because of Chuck and Sarah, it wasn’t. If you want agents who will fight for you, communicate clearly, and truly care about their clients, look no further.

She is very knowledgeable and has the resources to assist in the planning, buying and closing on your forever home. I have called her early in the the morning or late in the evening stressed about not understanding the process and she has such a calming demeanor and takes the time to explain and offers options to make me feel at ease.
