The Hidden Gym

I live next door to this gym and honestly love this place. I’m in my first month of membership and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The ownership team is fantastic and you can really feel how close-knit and welcoming the staff is. I’m currently signed up for the sauna membership, and the private sessions are perfect. It’s such a great way to unwind and reset, especially after a long day or workout. Everything is always extremely clean and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference. If you’re looking for a place that’s professional, relaxing, and clearly cares about member experience, I’d highly recommend checking this gym out.

The Hidden Gym was an excellent place for my first reformer Pilates class. The space felt welcoming and comfortable, which made trying something new a lot less intimidating. Coach Mack was great—knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive throughout the class. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt supported the entire time. I left feeling challenged in the best way and excited to come back. Highly recommend for anyone new to reformer Pilates or looking for a great coach and atmosphere.

I absolutely love this gym. The staff are all so friendly, and the gym is clean and has everything you’d need for a good workout. The best part is that I’ve worked out like 3 times without anyone else in the gym, and the other times there’s never been more than about 6 other people.

Wow. I have been going to Hidden Gym for a little under a month know for personal training 3 times a week with Rashad the owner. I was seeking someone experienced with neck and back injuries, balance issues with a holistic view of health. Rashad's skills, professionalism, patience and commitment to helping me carefully navigate to a stronger 💪 body with improved mobility has simply improved my life and reduced my challenges. My Chiroprator has been impressed with the mechanical improvements and my strength. I found a hidden gem at hidden gym and I intend to continue my journey at Hidden Gym.

Hidden Gym is just that! It’s a gem! Rashad is a fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable about the health of our bodies and what each individual needs to accomplish their health goals. He is realistic and upfront with you concerning what it will take to get you to your “there” and he is very attentive and encouraging as you journey along the way. The gym itself is very nice. It’s always clean and members are very nice and always smiling! Members have extended hour access, access to the sauna, opportunity for personal and group training, as well as classes that are offered. The Hidden Gym is a great place to workout and reach your health and fitness goals!
