I had a really positive experience at this gym, especially working with Shania. From the start, she took the time to listen to me, communicated clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and at ease during every session. She was supportive, encouraging, and always checked in to make sure I was feeling confident with what we were doing. Her approach made the sessions enjoyable rather than intimidating, and I genuinely felt understood and looked after. I’d highly recommend this gym, and especially Shania, to anyone looking for a supportive and professional environment.

The gym is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with good-quality equipment. There’s also convenient car parking, which makes visiting stress-free. Really enjoying the group classes! The trainer Shania is energetic, encouraging, and keeps everyone motivated throughout the session. She pays close attention to the whole group, making sure exercises are done correctly and safely, and gently corrects form when needed. Her positive attitude and support make the workouts enjoyable and effective. Overall, a great place to work out—highly recommend!

I absolutely love this gym - not just for the equipment, but for the amazing community it creates. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and organised, which makes every workout enjoyable and stress-free. Staffs are incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, whether it's answering questions, giving tips, or just offering encouragement with a smile. As someone who's scared and new to the gym, one particular staff, Shania Arthurs, helped me overcome my fear and made me comfortable and enjoy being in the gym. Her patience, encouragement, and positive attitude and outlook made such a difference in my journey. She helped me feel comfortable, confident and actually enjoy being in the gym while trying different activities I once felt intimidated by. Thanks to Shania, the gym is now a place I look forward to being. Truly appreciate the support and motivation!!!

I’ve been training at The Gym Group on Kingsbury Road for a while now, and the vibe is spot on. The facility is always clean and they have a solid range of kit, but the staff and the classes are what really make the place stand out. Shania’s Circuits are incredible, she brings so much energy and motivation to the floor, and the sessions are always intense and well-structured. She also keeps a close eye on your form to make sure you're training safely and getting the most out of it. Flexi-Stretch is also a must. It’s the perfect way to finish a session, a fantastic instructor, easily the best gym in the area!

very clean and friendly atmosphere here! all the personal trainers are lovely and the classes are really fun but can be challenging if youre a newbie. unfortunately if you take public transport like me you will have to cross the big dual carriageway with fast cars and no pedestrian crossing, but the gym itself is great.
