She is an excellent, proactive communicator with all parties involved, and she did extensive behind-the-scenes problem-solving work to save a contract that would have otherwise fallen apart due to mistakes from the buyer's mortgage company. She appreciated the historic nature of the house she sold for me in spite of some condition issues, and she marketed the historic aspects beautifully in a way that created great interest and resulted in multiple offers. We loved working with Jeni. She helped us buy our first house and again when we sold and bought our second house. She got to know our family and helped us find a house that fit our needs.
