My new favorite spot for classes! I’m from Michigan and popped in for a Monday 5:30am session with my friend Kelsey. Normally 5:30 workouts are rough for me, but the way they setup the circuit was primo IMO. I never had someone waiting to use the same equipment as me so I could go at my speed. Chad was the trainer for our class. Idk the other trainers, but he was AWESOME! Personality is A1. The way he guided the workouts, answered my stupid questions, and played the BEST MUSIC…yeah, you gotta try this place. Normally I don’t like “classes” or timed workouts because they’re an hour and I’d rather workout by myself anyways, but the 45 mins start to finish actually made me want to come back and start doing these! Wondering if it’s a good workout? Does J Beebs say never say never? YES. I’ve been working out for 20 yrs and this workout experience was so good that I’m now looking into ANYTHING in Michigan that’s similar. Parking seemed pretty easy. Bathrooms are nice. I put my things in a cubby. I was chugging water. Their water was tasty too. They have energy drinks and protein shakes. Megan, on staff in the front, was another cheerful interaction. I’m probably missing some things, but you get the gist. This place is a hard YES for me, and I’m sure it will be for you too. Cheers🤘

FIIT Co Denver has transformed my health. Excellent coaching, smart programming, and fun variety. The Friday and Saturday kettlebell classes are my favorite, they round out the weekly strength and other HIIT workouts perfectly.

The FIIT Co. is an awesome place to work out! The trainers are amazing—super knowledgeable and always take the time to correct your form so you get the most out of every session. Brad, Ned and team are great at what they do and make each workout fun and motivating. I also love the flexibility of their class schedule — it’s easy to find sessions that fit with my busy day. The gym itself is really well set up, with multiple rooms for different workouts depending on the time of day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great community and killer workouts in downtown Denver!

Just had an amazing experience not only with one of the owners Brad, but also met the nicest athletes in their lower strength class today. Been wanting to try this place for a while! Not only were they super flexible and went above & beyond to accommodate my schedule, but they also provided feedback during the class about proper form for best results & injury prevention. To everyone. It was awesome! A lot of instructors just holler out the exercises and everyone kind of flails, lol. That wasn’t the case here at all- I felt pushed, but also like they really want you to get it right and improve. I’ve been spoiled by incredible gyms and classes here in Denver and in Boston & NYC where I lived prior- as an athlete and a professional model who cares about both strength/injury prevention and physique, I’ll definitely be back! As a business owner myself, I can tell when a company truly cares for their clients. Definitely the case, here! Highly recommend.

Wow! Finally.. I’ve been trying to get back in the gym and a solid routine since I moved to Denver in 2020. I can’t say enough good things about this gym, the staff and the classes. 45 minutes goes by so fast in the best way! I’m still at the point right now that I’m super sore after every class and end up having to take the next day off- which is frustrating but that is to be expected. No matter the class I take- all of the staff has been so welcoming and doesn’t make me feel out of place! Isabella especially- her classes are my favorite but any class with any instructor you will love! Best workout experience ever and excited to renew my membership for March!
