I see you guys are getting some new equipment which I love because I’ve always wonder how I watch all these fitness enthusiast and they have all these nice equipment and edge fitness doesn’t but I see you guys are stepping up your game and I’m loving it. It’s good to be back now. All I need to do is be consistent and Edge fitness is where I want to do that…..

My experience with The Edge Fitness Clubs has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I joined during their Black Friday promotion for the Edge Strong membership. From the start, I was charged the wrong amount. Even after following up several times over the course of months, the issue dragged on before it was finally corrected. When I requested a refund for the overcharge, I wasn’t given my money back. Instead, they issued a credit for protein shakes. The problems continued once the billing was fixed. I had difficulty registering for certain classes that should have been included with my membership. I was told they would look into it, but I never received any follow up or resolution. Because of that, I often had to reach out directly to the gym for help booking classes. Responses sometimes took up to 24 hours, and by then the classes were already full. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the agreement uploaded to my account in the app didn’t even match the one I originally signed! The version in their system showed my membership downgraded from Edge Strong to Edge Fit without my knowledge or consent! After explaining all of these issues and requesting cancellation due to the ongoing problems, I received a generic response stating that memberships can only be canceled for relocation, military orders, or certain medical conditions. No acknowledgement of the problems. No attempt to resolve anything. Overall, this experience has been a lesson in poor customer service, billing issues, and lack of accountability. I made multiple good faith attempts to fix the situation, but the company showed little interest in addressing the concerns. I would not recommend joining if you expect responsive service or straightforward billing practices.

Gym is standard, company is sketchy, customer service is awful. I was a member here for 6 years. I signed up on a 2 year membership and on their middle tier (which let me frequent any of their locations) paying $30 something/mo. This past may I knew I would be away for the entire summer starting in June. I n the middle of May I went in to talk to them about pausing my membership or canceling for the period I would no longer be accessing the gym. I immediately was given a run around about how they can't make any amendments to my membership such as the one I requested and that the billing for the gym was handled by a separate company actually called "ABC Fitness Solutions LLC". I thought thats weird - I was able to come to their Manchester location in person to initially signup, but if I want to cancel they all of a sudden make things difficult? I ended up getting my agreement number from them and was told to email this ABC company. Long story short I did, and now they still charged me for the month of June, saying that I needed a 30 Day notice to be given before canceling...and this was only about 2 weeks out. Mind you I had been on a month to month basis for 4 years. Never signed another contract after my initial one ran out. Funny thing is I was going to re sign up, I just requested my $30 refund back for the month of June, but they wouldn't budge. Running their billing through a separate company to make account changes difficult, is a red flag to begin with imo. No customer loyalty or respect. - Cory B.

Used to be the best gym around. It has fallen off harder than Chipotle did. Over crowded, traffic even leaving the place, space under utilized, I’ve been a member since they opened. My rates r 2x what a new member pays. Demographic is full of immaturity and people lacking gym etiquette. Sauna is down 3-4 times a month, if not more if it’s being rebuilt due to black mold. 2 stars for being very well cleaned, the cleaners deserve recognition. Staff is all nice and very approachable. I think they priced themselves into this. I’m typing this during my 20 minute wait for a bench. It’s that crowded, 631 on a Thursday night in February.
