The Early Learning Centers of Rhode Island

My little one was here at the Warren Ave location in E.P. starting at six months through a little over one year. The only reason we changed daycares is because we moved. He was in love with Carmen in the infants room, and both Maria and Carmen together kept a clean, safe, and happy place for him to explore on his daycare days. I also appreciated Christina while she was there. The majority of staff were wonderful. Why three stars? Honestly, I did see one staff member not mentioned here place an infant down on their bottom rather forcefully. I'm sure the kid was fine, but it's not how I would handle my own kid. This same staff member always seemed kind of harried with the babies when she was covering that room. Another thing is that our new daycare has cameras in rooms so that if there is an accident and I want to see a recording of it, I can. The new daycare also has an app where updates are logged throughout the day and as caregiver, I get these updates on my phone. I really like the use of technology and would recommend ELC adopt it. Finally, at the E.P. location sometimes it would take a long time to drop off or pick up my kiddo. The intercom doesn't seem linked to a pager for staff, or they are busy that they can't come to the door. A few times I was waiting outside for five minutes or so until I'd call and try to teach someone to have them let me in. In short - the regular care providers of my child were lovely and there are opportunities to use tech for added peace of mind.

Im very happy with this daycare! The teachers have been very patient and kind with my two Littles! They do artwork, sing, play, eat, change, and love my Littles! Something I was very nervous about in the process of finding a daycare/school. Every teacher here goes above and beyond to make sure every child in their care is well taken care of until family can come pick up! Thank you for all you guys do at the school, I appreciate everything!

i love this daycare, the ladies there atleast the two I met are really kind and respectful, my son loves this daycare and when put in another daycare prior to ELC HE was always crying and scared. This daycare he loves, he comes in laughing, no crying, happy and ready for the day. The one down fall is most daycares take pictures to send to the partentI would Highly recommond this daycare to anyone.

love this center very friendly teachers, , they drop off my kids to school, pick them up, feed them, help them with their homework. I also have a 2 years old daughter there as well, it was hard to get her 100% potty trained her teacher helped me through it, now she is 2 1/2 and fully potty trained. I LOVE my kids and I don't trust NO one with them, But with this ELC I don't have to worry about keeping my phone out at work. beside teacher I feel like they are their parents too so they know how I fell. I did recommended to friends and families.
