This place was excellent when they first open years ago however yesterday however yesterday the food was not good the chicken Primavera was cold and the chicken was rewarmed not freshly cooked two times and they still wanted me to pay for my food and I did that this was the worst experience I have ever had the oxtails were not fresh you can tell they have been sitting up because they were dark on one side the whole said we can make you something else but we will not refund you any money you don't have to refund me I say and I don't have to pay you I took the high road and I gave the recooked food that they gave me the chicken Primavera it was horrific the chicken was a boneless chicken thigh the Primavera sauce taste like straight sugar no herbs whatsoever and it was cold and they had the audacity to say that we don't give refunds we had not even paid for our food at that time they were not friendly play smirk like it was no big deal but we can place you another order for you. My family have been there multiple times we have never any problems with quality the only thing that I had that I like was the Kung Pao brussel sprouts even though they were barely warm. I have never been treated the way that we have on yesterday. They basically gave us a microwave service and didn't care because the next order came out the same way I took it home and gave it to my neighbor's dog I paid them for slop because that's what they gave us yesterday

I absolutely loved this place! Everything was amazing ..and I mean AMAZING. We ended up getting there close to closing because we thought they stayed open a little later, but the host still made us feel right at home. I forgot my server’s name, but she was incredible. Her recommendations were spot on, and she had extensive knowledge of the menu and the best pairings. She truly elevated the entire experience. Now let’s talk about the food… the crab cakes? JESUSSSSS. So good. The deviled eggs were delicious, the steak was cooked to perfection, and the crème brûlée was hands down the best I’ve had in my life. Compliments to the chef (they could probably win a season of Hell’s Kitchen.)

Absolutely fantastic experience at The District SPR in Jacksonville. My girlfriend and I both ordered the braised short ribs with mashed potatoes, and they were outstanding—tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were rich and smooth, the kind you don’t want to stop eating. Great atmosphere, attentive service, and food that clearly shows care and skill. We’ll definitely be back.

My first time and I was impressed…my job had our Christmas party there. Let me start off by saying our waiter Aniya(sorry about the spelling boo)she was Great and matched the vibe. We booked the dome and it was a nice size for 10 people and cute for what we needed it for. Now the food… chefs kiss 💋 I had the crab cakes and the ox tail with grits. Everything was so good. At the very end we enjoyed the champagne squirter😉. Definitely coming back.

Came here for brunch on my bday for the first time. The steak was cooked to perfection, the chicken and waffles was amazing, and the pear seasonal cocktail was delicious! My husband also tried the crab cakes and enjoyed them. We sat outside and the weather was prefect. An added bonus was the live music. When I go back I'd love to bring my crew and reserve one of the tents!
