AMAZING! Pat was our realtor when my husband and I bought our first home. After more than 20 years, we decided to move. Our first call was to Pat. He was with us through every step of the process with unbelievable patience as we didn’t quite know what we wanted or where we wanted to live. When we decided on a custom-built home Pat spent so much time with us watching as the house was built. He made selling our former home almost effortless. I absolutely recommend Pat and his team to anyone buying or selling.

As first-time homebuyers, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Terry. From our very first meeting, she made us feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but Terry patiently answered all our questions, explained the process in detail, and gave us honest advice about every property we looked at. Terry was incredibly responsive and always just a call or text away when we needed guidance. She truly cares about her clients and wants the best for them. We felt like more than just another transaction and were treated like family. We wholeheartedly recommend Terry to anyone looking to buy or sell a home — especially first-timers like us! Sue was very helpful not hesitate to giver her opinion on the house as to what was good for us and what wasn’t. She got to know us very well as we got to know her. Had us explore things we didn’t realize was available. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. She was a blessing. Thanks again Sue Gleich

The house we just purchased with Terry and the Columbus Team represents the 3rd home I've purchased. In the past, I've had great experiences with my realtors, but this one stands head and shoulders above. Terry and her team were so flexible and accommodating and were supremely flexible in helping us deal with getting a house in the midst of a time crunch and tons of work travel. Terry quickly keyed into what we were looking for and steered us right to the house we ended up purchasing which we've been super happy with. The whole experience was as painless as possible, and she and her team made all the difference in getting us into our home. We couldn't be happier.
