They made the entire process smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. Their communication was clear and timely, and they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with care. We worked with Myranda Grulke at The Charlotte John Company. She deceived us and The Charlotte John Company wont take responsibility. We have bought and sold many homes over the years. I would say this is the worst experience ever. Do not work with this agency you may regret it as much as we do. We are disgusted with this agency and have filed a complaint with the Arkansas Real Estate Commission.

He listened (which is rare) and showed us what we related to him we were looking for. He provided suggestions, researched answers if he didn’t know off the top of his head and was always present. I don’t believe we have ever had this exceptional kind of service. Bravo to him! We really appreciated his help and abilities.

Michelle Blalock provided us with stellar service and we were pretty demanding clients. We wanted a house we could afford, but with a music room and an enclosed workshop.
