Robert Matthews packed me up in 1 day when it was scheduled for 2. I was just a 4.5 hour trip away and he asked if I wanted it delivered the next day. He and his team got me loaded and unloaded with ease. Everything was taken care of. Nothing is broken and now I can take my time to get settled. Thanks for the dedication.

Jeff Parker and his crew were phenomenal. Moving is so incredibly stressful and they made it feel seamless. Not only were they efficient, they were kind, personable, and hardworking. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and care were next level. They went above and beyond and I could not recommend Jeff and The Armstrong Company enough. You won’t be disappointed!

DO NOT LET JOEL THOMPSON MOVE YOU!!! He damaged and lost so many items it is unreal. He improperly packed literally everything in my house. They allocated 3 days for him to pack my house. He did it in one day and it shows. Every single box was packed as if as soon as a box was assembled people from every room in the house came and put items in that one box. Everything was mislabeled. Over half the items didn't even have item number tags. Then he forgot to bring some of our stuff on delivery day and had to come back and deliver those items. This move was a nightmare. Hopefully the claims process for all the lost and damaged items goes smoother than the move did.
