The Apartment Movers

For our first time hiring movers, this was a top tier experience. Brian and Austen were incredibly pleasant to work with and their crew obviously has great rapport amongst each other. It was refreshing to see. They worked quickly, efficiently and really did an excellent job at packing up our belongings in a detailed fashion. 11/10 recommend!

A four person crew loaded our entire house into a moving trailer for us. They showed up on time, came in clean attire and shoes. They surveyed the house and our items, developed a packing plan and executed it swiftly. Austin and his crew worked fast, yet very careful while having fun and taking pride in their work. They asked about certain items to ensure a safe ride for our 750 mile move. Plus, the crew was an aware of packing a trailer for proper weight distribution and towing. They brought their own tools and assisted in taking a few items apart even further to get them through doors and loaded safely. When we arrived at our new home, a few items had shifted and had minor damage, a risk we were fully aware of. We did share a few photos of the damaged items to the management team, knowing they were not responsible for the damage since we hauled the items ourselves. However, because of their first-class customer service approach, they still sent us a small refund check for the damage, something that was not necessary, but greatly appreciated! If you’re moving big or small, I fully recommend The Apartment Movers. Your back and your marriage will appreciate it!

We had the most wonderful experience! When searching for a mover I was looking for a local company with a 701 phone number. This was the first place I called and from that first call they were amazing. The detailed email on what to expect the day of the move was so helpful. When our team (Parker, Nate, and Aaron) showed up they quickly introduced themselves and got straight to work. They moved our 4 bedroom house in about 3 hours - from old house to new included disassembling and reassembling two beds! Their teamwork was unmatched - as a middle school teacher I wish my students could see how well these three worked together. There was never a moment one of them was standing around. They never took a break and they were committed to getting our items to our new home safely. Along the way they were joking with us, asking questions about items, and were beyond considerate. I will reccomend this crew and Apartment Movers to anyone I know moving within or around the Fargo-Moorhead area.

I had a fantastic time with 'The Apartment Movers'. We were only moving to a different apartment complex a week away and got quoted for 1400 for just moving out furniture. The Apartment movers moved all my furniture in 2 hours and I only had to pay an hourly fee, which was half of my other quote with Tip!It took so much stress off of me. Will be using them again in the future and recommending them to friends/family.

Jeral was quick to respond to my inquiry, listened to our needs and advised what they could provide. He communicated clearly and often and fit us in to his busy schedule. His team was professional and courteous. Worth every penny and a life-saver when moving--call him!
