10/10 service! This is my second time using the advocates, specifically, Steve Linton and it has been nothing but amazing! Steve and his team are always super responsive and happy to answer any of my questions. Praying I never get into another accident but if I do I will 10000% be contacting the advocates again. They made this process painless and were extremely thorough to make sure we had the best possible outcome and experience! Thank you Steve, you rock!

Mark and Rachel were so helpful all along the way from the beginning to the end. I actually got a settlement check and medical care through the program they have with First Care Medical. They were able to negotiate the costs of the different care I received and reduced how much they took as well. I was even told my amount would be $6500 but instead it ended up being $6900. If it wasn't for them I would have not received any money. Thank you Mark and Rachel for all your help and work to help me be able to get the medical care I needed and the money as well.

I’m incredibly grateful for Dave, Brian, and Candace. From the first call with Candace getting everything started, to Brian guiding the resolution phase, to Dave overseeing the entire process — the team made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and clear. They were responsive, transparent, and professional throughout. I always felt like I was in good hands. Thank you for everything. Truly a five-star experience.
