I wish I could give them zero stars. We had an emergency and called ahead to confirm that they accepted our insurance. They told us over the phone that they did, so we went to their location. Once we arrived, they said they do not accept our insurance and turned us away. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to help or showing any understanding of the situation, they treated us with no empathy at all. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially during an emergency.

I told the staff my symptoms which were all flu-like, I tested negative in the office and was only prescribed an inhaler and cough medicine. My fever and lack of appetite symptoms were brushed over. I went home and still had symptoms. I ordered an at home test and tested positive for Flu B.

the staff up front was excellent. they helped me with my paperwork. the nurses radiologist and doctor were acepitiinal. the even helped me dress because I am handicapped. the doctor helped me on the tabke. The whole experience was really great with great customer service. The visit was short and unencumbered. Teas Med Clinic is great

Went in feeling really sick, unable to breathe. Since I got to the clinic the staff was courteous and listened to me as I explained how I felt. They took every precaution and made sure I wasn’t released till they made sure it was safe for me to go home. They took their time and ran every test and took X-rays to make sure I was properly diagnosed. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic as they are thorough in their evaluations and extremely professional and they explain what procedures/test will be done. Will definitely be back when needed.

Great night crew. Showed up around midnight and was seen quickly. Triage nurse, Juan, took my vitals and ran a test on me. He was very friendly and communicative in what he was doing throughout the process. Such a nice gentleman. He and the Doctor were caring in words and in how they treated me. Dr Johnson listened to me patiently and was thorough in treating me. His communication skills were above standard for most doctors in my experience.
